• Required a refundable deposit of Rs 150,000/= in addition to above payment.

 For 6 -12 months stay

• Required a refundable deposit of Rs 300,000/= before occupy the house.
• Required to pay the rental of Rs 130,000/= within the first week of each month that you occupy the house.
